Well hell'o there, it has been too long and enough has not been done. Fact is nothing has been done. That there might be the problem. Knowing that one should actually be doing something and then not could be a sin, I suppose. It's that a fellow should do as much as he can. There are many things that need to be said and sometimes they come out and sometimes they don't. Have been somewhat depressed lately, being too selfish and self-centered for my own good and it hasn't done anybody else any good either as you all can see. Thats the freedom thing that we all strive for. It really only comes when all have the opportunity. Oh there is a personal freedom of course and well justified but it is a bitter sweet victory. I'm sure it is more evident to most that in order to be real happy and free, we were meant to go together. Be it the top or be it the bottom, it can be awfully lonely when one is all alone. |
This freedom thing was to lift us out of the burdens put on us from people and things that demand more then their share. Whether it be power or money or even one's time and energy. When someone or something asks for or tries to take from us what is above and beyond their portion they take away the freedoms of us all. Lets take America for example. Over 200 years ago we fought to get out from under the taxes and tyranny of Kings and governments. Now by our lack of doing something and getting involved we are slipping back into that same scenario. We the people are suppose to be the government but we have to govern ourselves. We do not need more laws, we need more heart. We don't need more control over us we need more self control in our lives. We need to stop and see what we are losing by allowing others to make decisions for us. We seem to sit back and enjoy this false sense of security that it will all be OK if we do nothing. Hey there, one gets nothing if one does nothing. As my dad would say it is time to get a hold of our boot straps and get down the road. It is us, then our neighbor, to a freedom of the truth for all man.
God Bless to all Grampa Will
